Spirit are always reminding me that I am in actual fact a healer, in this blog I will talk of some of the times, that I have been used as a channel for healing, or channelled that have had the most impact on me as a healer. Although this book should not be taken as documentary proof of spiritual healing, or my gift as a healer none of it can be proven, but it is all part of my life experience as a channel for spirit.
In 1983 I was on a high because I was finally expressing myself truly, being a channel for spirit and I had started serving spiritualist churches, as a medium but I still wanted to continue working as a channel for spiritual healing, I put an advert in the Slough Observer advertising myself as a medium and healer.
In answer to my advert an elderly lady telephoned me, who lived just down the road from me in the alms houses, she told me that due to a medical condition her right knee was very swollen and painful, she asked me if spiritual healing could help, I advised her that as a spiritual healer I could not promise her a cure, but I knew spiritual healing could help her on one level or another, greater inner peace or just to help ease the pain for a while, the lady visited me for spiritual healing the following Saturday, her right knee was very swollen I made her comfortable in an armchair, and asked her to just relax myself and my healing guides would do the rest, I attuned myself to me healing guides, and channelled healing energy to the ladies swollen knee, after 10 – 15 minutes my healing guides stood back to my and the ladies surprise, the swelling on the ladies knee had significantly gone down, and was not painful anymore the lady was very surprised and happy that the spiritual healing had worked, as I was showing the lady out my nan invited her to stay for a cup of tea, the lady was then happily telling my nan about the spiritual healing she had just received, and that it had worked.
I had another phone call from an Asian man telling me his mother was very sick with cancer, in Windsor hospital how much would it cost to make her better, I told him that I did not charge a fee for healing, and I could never promise a cure, he was not impressed with my statement, and asked me why I could not heal his mother for money, I explained that I could never promise a cure as each receives according to their needs, for their spiritual progression in universal life, also that I could never take money from sick people, I told him that I knew spiritual healing can bring relief from pain and help to bring peace to the sick, I would do my best to channel the healing to cure his mother, but there was no way I could guarantee a cure, the man seemed to accept that I could not guarantee a cure, and I agreed to go with him to Windsor hospital, l to channel healing energy to his mother. He picked me up at my home on the agreed day and time, we arrived at the hospital, he said I will stay in the car you go to my mother, and he gave me the ward and bed number his mother was in.
As I approached his mother’s bed I could see a frail elderly Asian lady, who looked emaciated by her cancer, it dawned on me that her cancer was terminal, I was quite nervous as at the time spiritual healers in hospitals was frowned upon, a nurse looked at me quite oddly as a young white male, visiting an elderly terminally ill Asian lady, I introduced myself to the lady she said to me “I give you money make me better” and from her bedside cabinet she pulled out a thick roll of £20 notes, I told her I did not want her money, and that I could not promise to cure her, she kept trying to give me the money, I told her money will not cure her, and healing would help her to be at peace and ease her pain, I managed to calm her down and the lady became still, I outstretched my hands to her, asked healing guides to come close and channel healing through me to the lady, I was concerned I might be thrown out of the hospital for giving spiritual healing, about halfway through the healing, a nurse came and put a screen around us the healing was very powerful for the lady, after about 30 minutes my healing guides drew back, and the healing was complete, I left the lady sleeping and I went to meet her son in the car park.
On meeting her son I told him I could accept the money his mother tried to give me, he became angry and started shouting at me calling me names, as he drove me home, he calmed down a bit and asked me if his mother was going to live, I told him that his mother’s condition was way beyond money, and that it was now between her and God, and that I feared she would probably die, and that her death would be a release for her, from her pain and physical body into universal life in spirit, he began shouting at me as he dropped me off at home, calling me a charlatan he tried to give me £20 for my time, I would not accept it reminding him I cannot take money for channelling healing, he drove away shouting and being abusive towards me, this incident left a nasty sickly feeling within me, for a very long time how could they think money, could make their terminally ill mother better, I know people often go to spiritual healers as a last resort, and expect miracles to happen, it is in my teaching that each receives according to their soul needs, at times we are meant to experience suffering in physical life, for the growth of the eternal soul, it is also a simple truth that money cannot buy health, so please whatever your condition please visit a spiritual healer, when you are first diagnosed with a serious illness, I know at the very least it will bring pain relief and peace to you, and help you with the growth of your eternal soul.
Sarah
I have not sought permission from the people concerned, to publish the following account of healing, as I have had no contact with them since 1986, to protect their identity, I will change their names for the purposes of this account.
Way back in 1984 I was at home with my parents, it was a Friday so it was our weekly fish and chip night, as we were waiting for my dad to return from the chip shop, my mum told me of her friend at work, who has a granddaughter who was suffering with stomach cancer, her granddaughter Sarah was 3 years old, Zangu my Zulu guide told me the cancer was in her stomach, but had progressed to her lungs, I told my mum what Zangu had said and my mother replied how did you know” I told my mum that my Zulu guide had told me, my mother went on that Sarah’s grandmother Anne, had tried to get Sarah an appointment with spiritual healer Ted Fricker, a respected and well known healer at the time, but had only managed to get Sarah’s name on Ted Frickers healing list, I told my mother that Ted’s healing list very probably had thousands of people on it, and the healing Sarah would actually get would be limited.
Zangu kept saying to me that we should give Sarah healing, I gulped and offered our healing services to mum for Sarah, to my surprise my mother said that she would talk to Anne at work Monday morning and see what she said, Monday evening my mum told me that she had spoken to Anne, and that Anne would speak to Sarah’s parents, and sent thanks for the offer of spiritual healing for Sarah, 3 or 4 days later Anne phoned my mum telling her, that Sarah’s parents would try anything to help their daughter, but they wished to meet me first to make sure I was not a weirdo, the following week myself and mum and dad went to meet Sarah’s parents and grandparents at Sarah’s home.
I was nervous about the meeting but it was Zangu’s conviction, that him channelling healing energy through me could help Sarah, that encouraged me to go through with it, it was a positive meeting I explained how Zangu would channel healing through me, and the family gave me and Zangu permission to channel healing to Sarah, on the proviso that Sarah’s dad Dave was present in the room, which was no problem at all, the following week we met to channel healing to Sarah, Dave showed me up to Sarah’s room she was lying fast asleep in her cot, Dave sat down beside the cot and I called on Zangu to step forward for Sarah’s healing, the healing was powerful I could see healing colours shooting from my fingers, and into Sarah’s stomach and chest, the healing lasted for around 20 minutes, when downstairs Dave told me he could feel spirit joining us in the room, and he could see the healing colours shooting out from me and into Sarah.
Dave telling me what he experienced during the healing was amazing, as he had no experience of spiritualism or spirit before, and this very much encouraged me as to the strength of the healing being given, and to continue with Sarah’s healing, Sarah’s patents asked me to visit once a week to channel healing to Sarah, I agreed and my parents agreed to bring me to Sarah’s home once a week, this went on for several weeks, Anne told my mother that the doctors could not work out, why Sarah was not losing her hair as she was receiving chemotherapy.
I told my mother that Sarah not losing her hair, was due to the strength of the healing being given, on one particular visit Sarah’s home her grandfather Albert, asked if there was anything they could do to help, whilst me and Dave were upstairs with Sarah, so I got my parents Sarah’s grandparents and mum sitting in a circle, and taught them how to send absent healing to Sarah, this was a great idea as it would really boost the healing being given to Sarah, and would help them make a valuable contribution to Sarah’s healing, we continued to visit to give healing until Sarah was diagnosed, as being in remission from cancer, and I continued to send Sarah absent healing from home, a couple of years later Sarah was diagnosed as being all clear from cancer, and Sarah’s family sent us their thanks and gratitude for our part in Sarah’s recovery from cancer, a few years ago my mum told me that Sarah was working as a consultant in a NHS hospital, and that Anne once again had sent her thanks, to this day I am so glad to have been a part of Sarah’s healing from cancer, helping her to grow into the amazing woman that she is, also I thank Zangu for nagging me and believing in me as his channel, as I lacked the confidence to put myself forward for Sarah, I am also thankful with the greatest gratitude to Zangu and healing guides for Sarah’s healing.

The definition of imagination is the ability of the mind to be creative or resourceful, how many times when faced with a problem in life or at work, we have been asked to use our imagination, or imagination has been derided as the useless pursuit of the day dreamer, imagination only seems to be important when necessary, but I say to you imagination is a very powerful tool for wellbeing and self improvement and spiritual connection, if used properly in our spiritual physical and material lives, individually and collectively we are the creation of what we know as God, a super creative intelligence that has created all things, each and everyone of us has the God given power of creation within us, we are the physical expression of God in human form, as all life on earth is the expression of the mind of God.
Science to this day as far as I know cannot find which part of the brain the mind lives, my spirit guides tell me the mind is the spirit level an energy of the physical human brain, and the conduit for two way communication and interaction between us the universe of God angels and spirit, imagination is the language that facilitates communication between us the universe of God angels and spirit, I was forever the daydreamer, thinking my daydreams were just hopes and fantasies for the future, it was not until I started spiritual development in 1978, I was taught by Berenice Watts that imagination is a tool used for communication with spirit, I have never forgotten her words “you cannot have imagination without an image”, she explained that the creation of an image within the mind, is thought and emotion combined.
As Tesla once said if we wish to understand the universe, we should think in terms of frequency and vibration, all things have their own unique vibration and frequency depending on what we are thinking and the emotion powering the thought, creates the vibrational frequency of the created image, to manifest within the minds eye, imagination happens when we allow our emotion powered thought to run free within our mind, as we are aware that spirit are energy on many levels of consciousness and vibrational frequency, spirit can channel thought and emotion creating images, within our minds eye using our imagination, my first experience of focussing my mental images to communicate with spirit, was my first meditation in Berenice’s spiritual development circle.
We were asked to imagine we are a bird on a cliff top looking out to sea, on a bright sunny day, on the horizon there is a rainbow we were asked to fly out to the rainbow, I imagined myself as a scruffy little bird, I flew out to the rainbow flying through the colours of the rainbow, sensing their beautiful energies I met with Jesus, who welcomed me to this state of consciousness, Jesus said to me ” I am pleased you are here, grow and serve become the light” me as a little scruffy bird sitting at Jesus feet, I was suprised that Jesus would even bother with me, but I felt so blessed to have had my meeting with Jesus, Berenice called us back into the room, where in turn we gave what we experienced in this wonderful meditation, Berenice gave us her interpretation of the symbols we observed and felt, and this was my first true connection with spirit, using meditation as a tool for connection with spirit, for what is meditation it is simply focussed imagination.
Throughout my spiritual development in Berenice Watts circle, imagination was the tool we used to connect with spirit, by creating an image within our minds eye, or by allowing spirit to connect with us by placing an image within our minds eye, the images could be symbolic to convey a situation or the emotional state of someone on their life path, or images of Angels Spirit Guides and loved Ones within our minds eye, also sending us memories and messages they wish to share with us, it is also the vibration ( emotion ) that comes with the image, that allows us to interpret symbols given to us by spirit communicators, colours also have their own meaning and vibrational frequency in symbols, many discard colour when interpreting symbols, but by attuning ourselves to the vibration ( emotion ) of the colour, we can give a better and deeper interpretation of the image, also when we perceive images of Angels and Spirit, we should attune ourselves to the vibrational ( emotional ) frequency of the image, in doing so we are allowing Angels and Spirit to communicate with us, to give the message they want us to receive, Angels and spirit communicate mainly in thought and emotion, it is by connection through the energy of our minds, spirit use thought and emotion to create images to communicate with us, imagination comes in when we converse with Angels and Spirit.
Imagination by creating an image within our minds eye, has many applications in spiritual communication and spiritual service, our thought and emotion created images are energy and as I understand it, all things Angels and Spirit are energy on many levels of vibrational frequency of God, by creating images for spiritual communication and service we are conversing with the mind of God, to create upliftment through spiritual service, Berenice taught how to channel energy by using the power of our imagination, we stood in a circle holding hands we had to imagine our minds eye, the left half being a brilliant white colour, the right half of our mind’s eye being a sapphire blue, we were asked to visualise the white half of our mind’s eye travelling from our mind’s eye, to our neck should arm into the palm of our hands, and visualise it going to the person on our left, we had to energise the colour white with our love, we did the same with the sapphire blue to our right, it was amazing how the colour flowed around our circle, energised by our love making us sway with it’s flow, as I have already discussed colour has its own vibrational ( emotional ) frequency, the general meaning of white is purity cleansing unconditional love, Blue is healing and we could feel the difference in vibrational frequency. as the colour flowed through and around us.
I used Berenice’s teaching of channeling energy for absent healing, by which we channel healing energy to loved one’s who are sick and suffering, in a wider context we can send absent healing all over the world, for all who are suffering in mind body and spirit, or through mans inhumanity to man throughout the world, and mother earth and all species of life on mother earth, by creating the images of the healing colours within our minds eye energising them with our love to our loved ones or wherever we want to focus healing energy to, we must also visualise the focus of our healing within our minds eye, imagine our loved ones, countries, mother earth, the animal kingdom, within our minds eye being immersed in healing colours energised with our love, healing guides in Spirit can also connect with our absent healing, use the vibrational frequency of our loving healing colours and images. to transmit healing energy from the spirit world to the focus of our loving healing energies.
By using the power of imagination to channel and send absent healing, I unwittingly stumbled upon and discovered astral projection, which to me is projecting yourself through the power of your mind and imagination, to another location and you can see and sense what is going on in that location, I had a friend at Slough Spiritualist Church named Sue, she had alot of back pain and at times she would not be able to move with her back pain, every friday night I would send Sue absent healing, I would visualise her within my minds eye, and transmit loving healing energy colours to her via power of my imagination, whilst I was focussing on sending Sue absent healing, I could see an image of a bedroom in my minds eye I was standing to the right of the bed, at the end of the bed was a brass victorian bed frame, with a brown dressing gown draped over it opposite the bed agaainst the wall, was a dressing table with an oval mirror, with a wardrobe to it’s left and a bedroom door to the dressing tables right, everytime I sent Sue absent healing I would see the image of the bedroom within my minds eye.
This went on for a few weeks and I could not work out why I was seeing this bedroom, one night myself and Sue were chatting at Slough Spiritualist Church, she asked me if I sent my absent healing at 10 pm on a Friday night, slightly amazed I said yes I send absent healing the same time every Friday night, she asked me if I saw anything whilst sending absent healing, I told her of the bedroom I could see within my minds eye, whilst sending her absent healing Sue told me I had just described her bedroom in detail, and that she could see my face floating above the right side of her bed, we were both amazed this was happening through absent healing, I asked her if it was bothering her I would stop, and she replied no as her back had recently started to feel much better and a lot less painful, I asked my spiritual teacher Berenice how this could happen, she told me it was astral projection the power of the mental images of healing colours, and transmitting them to Sue via the power of love of and my mind and imagination, had created a link to Sue in her bedroom, that is why I could see her bedroom and she could see my face, people who practice remote viewing use the power of imagination by creating the image of themselves in the place they wish to visit within their minds eye, and they are able to bring back information if what is happening in that place and time.
Everything within the known and unknown universe of God is energy, we are the reflection of God in his image the bible tells us, or perhaps we are the image of God in our collective vibrational frequency in creation, as is all life in it’s own vibrational frequency, I know the power of thought is the most powerful vibrational frequency within the universe, I spoke earlier of the mind of God, the energy of all knowledge and creation, we have been bestowed with the power of thought, to be able to communicate with God, Angels, and Spirit, and all things but to mainly create, the best possible world we can for ourselves and all around us, and we can do this with the power of imagination, I use the word power a lot but we must remember power is a raw product, that can be used for anything we must infuse the power of our thoughts with love for the greater good for ourselves and all, our thoughts and imagination can be used in any area of our lives, for the creation of the greater good.

I have written many times about my new beginnings starting Boxing Day 2010, and now as we are about to begin a new decade, I reflect on the journey of the past nine years, and look forward to the new beginnings and all life has to offer in 2020, the past nine years I feel have been preparing me for 2020, as I feel guided to say every year is a preparation for the next, I have learned that life on the earth plane, is the evolution or devolution of self, by how we allow external influences to effect our internal selves, the art of self evolution is to know our internal truth and to live and grow through our truth, when we allow ourselves to devolve, is when we allow ourselves to be shaped by our external world.
With this in mind I feel to say that our external world can enhance our inner truth, we learn and grow from our experiences in our external world, but we must learn to remain true to our inner truth, keeping the lessons to enhance our inner truth, and discarding the bad memories to maintain the health of our inner truth and selves, this is where I feel detachment plays it’s part in emotional health, 2019 was a fantastic year for me filled with love, blessings, and realisations.
In 2019 I began my quest to be more in service to spirit, I have gained bookings from 5 new churches, the highlights of my spiritual service is working with, the lovely Ashley Mills and creating Gemini Transfiguration, and demonstrating Transfiguration/Trance at, Reading, Winchester, and Eastleigh churches, also serving spirit on platform at Reading, Winchester, Eastleigh, Wokingham, also it was the first time my lovely medium friend Jane Lorraine Goodman, had seen me demonstrate mediumship at Wokingham, a box I enjoyed ticking, I have also changed my focus in spirit communication, I used to bring a lot of messages through from spirit guides, and some loved ones in this age of the need for evidence, I have turned my focus to bringing messages through from loved ones, with some amazing and heart touching results, have done some home Transfiguration/Trance sits much to my suprise my Stevie’s GasBag FB live discussion groups have been a success, and I will continue to do them.
Also in 2019 myself and Veronica had a amazing first holiday together in Venice, and Veronica made me the most honoured man in the universe, by becoming my wife 07/09/19 at Winchester Registry Office, with my best friend the lovely Marina Rawlings being my best man, myself and Veronica had a lovely honeymoon on the Isle of Corfu, I am so very grateful for the blessings of 2019 and thankful for the people who have supported me throughout 2019.
2020 is a master year whereby we can work towards and manifest our best life, and I hope to be more of service to spirit, and I will work towards serving more churches and centres, the refreshing thing is Churches are starting to recommend me again, as I said life is a state of evolution of the self, in 2010 I had virtually dried up and was in a real state of inertia, over the past nine years I have been living, speaking, growing, and learning my truth through an open heart to where I am today, now as 2020 approaches I am semi retired to have more time to serve spirit, I am going to complete my book, build my website, be a channel for spiritual healing, and private readings, serve churches and centres, share my poetry/writing to the world, and live love and grow with my beautiful wife Veronica.

As I have said many times before since Boxing Day 2010, till now has been a time of mental, emotional, spiritual, material, development for me, from the mess I was to the man I am now, has been a wonderful journey of enlightenment and progression, never doubt your capacity to change and seek out the life you need, and become the person you need to be.
Be true to yourself honesty with self is truly the best policy, to becoming all we want to be, and with the future people who we will meet, who are and will become in heart and mind our soul tribe, as I sit here writing this feeling truly blessed, I have had a wonderful weekend serving spirit with the lovely Ashley Mills, being inspired to create by spirit date night with my beautiful wife Veronica, she is now sitting watching Christmas movies as I write, I live in gratitude for the journey and all the blessings of realisation along the way, that have helped me become.
We All talk of love as something we give to others, but love of self always seems to be the illusion to many, and many deny self love from the illusion of being somehow unworthy of self love, we are all worthy of self love, as it is the one thing that will propel us to living a fulfilling life, you may scoff but Boxing Day 2010 I was alone drunk and broke, with a ex girlfriend telling me I would die a lonely old man, I came to realise I needed to love myself as well as others, my self love taught me what was acceptable or not acceptable from others, as well as what was acceptable or not by the way I treated myself, self love was my guide on my journey to a new life.
My self love also reminded me that I was wasting my life, by not serving spirit to my full capacity, and not fully committing to spirit fully in heart and mind, my journey back to being a servant for spirit has at times been the most frustrating, but also rewarding part of my journey since Boxing Day 2010, because I feel I have grown in heart mind and spirit, enabling me to become a fully functioning servant and vessel of spirit.

Recently sitting at home drinking wine relaxing on a warm summers evening, I asked myself and spirit the question “Why Am I A Medium” I know it is my purpose in life to be a channel for spirit, and being a channel for spirit has given me my niche in life where I can shine and contribute to this life, but why am I a channel for spirit, knowing spirit would answer my question through inspiration and synchronicity, it has been a long circular road to this point in time, back to the beginning to start anew, so I needed to know why am I a medium.
Who really knows what they want to be, a question we are asked when we are very young, tinker, tailor, soldier, spy, fireman, train driver, who can truly know what they are to become, life is a long road of choice and the experience of our choices, we get very confused on our journey, as to who and what we are, society and our peers tell us what we should be and become, inwardly we desire to be truly ourselves, and to be living life as to what expresses our innermost being, all I know is that life is a journey of finding ones trueself, and expressing and sharing that truth for the benefit of all.
We all have the beautiful gift of life and creation, our dance of life should be the creation of the best we can be, above all our creation should be love of self, life, and all we do, and to create with love as our power and guide, the essence of the teachings of spirit is love to share with all, it is love of self and life that is our dance, the best dance of all is the dance of service to others.
Many are called but few are chosen Matthew 22:1-14.
We are all called by God ( creation) to walk a spiritual pathway, in service to God to bring enlightenment upliftment, to heal pain to be the messengers of spirit and universal life.
It is those who do not truly have compassion in their hearts, who do not wish to speak spiritual truth from their hearts, those who wish to serve themselves, in the pretence of service to God, who are not chosen.
So why have I been chosen to serve God as a healer and medium, no matter how many times I have fallen off the pathway of service, I always get called back into service, my life’s journey is what it is and I have learned many lessons, the main lesson has been not to try to be normal, but to truly be myself not to seek acceptance of others but to gain acceptance of myself, my eternal connection to God and spirit through my heart, throughout my life I have been called into spiritual service, now the lesson is learned I feel now I am chosen, to serve God and spirit I have accepted myself and my connection, spiritual service is now my focus for the remainder of my earth life, service to God and spirit is the dance of my heart.
