We Rise In Christ

As a Christian Spiritualist, Jesus is to me the true example of all I know to be true. He was born into the physical material world he lived and worked and he died here, he proved survival over physical death with his transfiguration and ascension to the highest realms of spirit. Jesus greatest teaching to me is, I am the way the truth and the life. In this teaching he was saying I am you, Jesus was teaching us and making the human race aware, and to know of eternal life through his own life and example.

This Easter, we must look at the teachings of love Jesus gave us unconditionally, at the feast of the Passover he taught us humility and service to others, by washing the feet of his disciples. A lesson to me as I am a healer and medium. This is very much in line with the spirit teaching to be selfless in service, to be selfless in service truly is what I have been developing within over the years. In the garden of Gethsamane, Jesus demonstrated humanity in his suffering through prayer and his commitment to his divine purpose and oneness with God.

Jesus crucifixion teaches us many lessons, he forgave those who had persecuted him and were crucifying him an act of true unconditional love that I cannot comprehend at my level of spirituality within. On a symbolic level the crucifixion of Jesus teaches us many things, as he carried his cross to Golgotha this teaches us we all have our burdens to bear, it is when we hang on to those burdens it weighs us down to the point of self destruction. On the cross with a heart full of unconditional love, he forgave those who were persecuting and killing him, if we can truly forgive, we release the burdens that weigh us down and allow us to continue on our path, unhindered by the hurt and pain we have carried for so long. In the death of Jesus he was teaching us unconditional love, which is to us in the physical world the highest state of empathy.

Whether you believe Jesus existed or not, and follow a spiritual path there are many teachings in his life that can guide us inwardly in our service to others. I leave you with this teaching, Jesus said those who believe in me will do what I do – yes, they will do greater things, because I am going to the father. To me the path to greater things is developing Christ consciousness within.

Far Away

Death is a truth of life everyone dies

The hardest fact of life is that life goes on

Our hearts in sorrow never seem to heal

Whether our beloved abandon us or pass away

Life moves forward in a constant rhythm

It is very easy for friends to say

Your beloved is in a better place

Let go just move forward live your life

Our grief deep within stands us still

Heart and mind craving the presence

Of our beloved far away

Life is a journey in this world and beyond

We must weep for our loved ones passed away

And bid a fond farewell with love

To our beloved who journey far away

Love has no boundaries in time and space

For love is eternal and cannot pass away

Let us give our love and blessing safe journey

To our beloved who journey far away

Knowing

My heart open and aware hears the voices of spirit

Voices speaking of love and reassurance to

Beloved ones on earth in grief and sorrow

It is my calling to be a voice for the beloved in spirit

To tell the truth of eternal life and death will not us part

My vocation to be a connection of love for spirit

To speak to the beloved ones they left behind

To heal the pain  of death’s parting

In life and eternity
